Strive to Experience and Display the Following Positive Emotions:
LOVING YOURSELF, HAPPINESS, LOVE, JOY, FEELING COMFORTABLE, FORGIVENESS, ENCOURAGEMENT, OPTIMISM, SUCCESS, CONTENTMENT, PEACE, WELL BEING, ENJOYMENT, PLEASURE, HONESTY, BENEVOLENCE, COMPASSION & ALL OTHER POSITIVE EMOTIONS.
The secret is:
LOVE yourself, your life, and feel comfortable. Realize that all negative emotions stem from our primordial animal instinct of fear. They negatively effect our rational thinking and are no longer needed. Attain good will (benevolence & forgiveness) towards all people, animals, things and yourself, while not letting your "good will" effect your rational thinking and common sense used for you and your own's survival (don't pet the rattle snake). You must LOVE yourself first and show "good will" towards all people including those you may be having disputes or arguments with, while actively protecting your interests and achieving your material goals. You cannot just act like you have "good will". You actually have to feel "good will" in your heart towards everything.
You must contemplate loving yourself and what "good will" means to you.
It is always to be acknowledged that the individual displaying the negative emotion is wrong and is duty bound to stand corrected to these simple rules. You must apologize to yourself and any person you displayed the negative emotion to. There are no good reasons or excuses to experience or display negative emotions, only wrong or misguided reasons. All negative emotions are a sub-conscience effort to cover up some form of fear.
All fear creates disharmony and error in your life. Never allow someone else to influence you to feel negative emotions. Stay focused on attaining positive emotions even during conflict.
Say this affirmation to yourself many times during the day:
"I love and approve of myself and I am happy and healthy."
(You may add anything positive to this affirmation if you desire.)
REMEMBER:
Your emotions are a direct and immediate reflection of your spirituality. Your current emotional state is your whole conscience and world. Just like a path worn through a field of brush, the more one experiences a certain emotion, the more easily one will experience the same emotion again, whether it be negative or positive emotion. Your goal is to attain harmony and balance in the mental, physical and spiritual {emotional} aspects of your life while eliminating all aspects of fear {negative emotions}.Your success if certain if you faithfully follow these simple rules.Loving yourself, your life and the strength and wisdom to realize when you are displaying negative emotions, is the secret to your success. The rest is spontaneous and enjoyable. Aside from freak accidents, if something is not right in your life, you will always find that you are not adhering to the above rules.
You must be honest with yourself and love yourself.
Ask your God for guidance and strength if you become lost.
